I am truly blessed to be surrounded by wonderful friends! I was sharing some burdens of my heart and mind the other day with one of my dear, dear girlfriends, Deanna and she shared the following profound statement with me! It actually took me a few days to process this, to be able to share it with you. I hope the Lord reveals His words through me! The phrase was as follows:
Deanna said to me ever so lovingly: “Karina, can I share with you something I have learned? Of course, I said “yes.” She continued on with, “remember to be mindful; not mindfull.” She took her hands and ever so gently made the motions for me to really comprehend what she was talking about. I got it!
I have been thinking over this phrase “be mindful; not mindfull” for the past few days. Really asking Jehovah to burn in my heart His Mindfulness and to release my mind of my Mindfullness! I truly believe that He is working and I am getting it and I would love to share this with you! Grab your cup of coffee (or tea) and pull up a chair and come and join me on this journey for a moment ….
Mindful … makes me think of the following verse ...
Isaiah 26 New International Version (Biblegateway)
3 You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you.
Although some theologians will argue that this verse in the Hebrew does not mean this in context, I find for myself, that I fully embrace that this verse can be used for being ‘mindful’ as Jehovah wants us to be. He ever so gently showed me this today during my meditation time when I bowed before him at the Altar of Abba and was able to ‘empty my bucket’ heart, soul, spirit and mind!
I came before my Abba Father this morning so MINDFULL and he and He along was able to release, empty and restore this daughter of His with His wonderful Healing Power! When we learn to bring everything before the ‘Altar of Abba,’ that is only when we can have true peace and serenity. That is when we can start on our journey from ‘mindfullness’ and journey into peace, joy, contentment, rest and will be able to practice true ‘mindfulness.’
My dear sisters here is your clarion call: Come and let Abba ‘Empty that Bucket!” He is just standing there waiting to release and free you now! Isaiah 61
Join us on this wonderful journey!
